EXECUTIVE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER

ECDC is a non-profit parent corporation providing childcare and sponsored by the Food and Drug Administration. The Board of Directors is composed of parents/guardians of enrolled children and other members of the community. Established in 2013, the Center offers a whole-child approach to early education, emphasizing play, learning, the arts, and nurturing.
ECDC is licensed by the MSDE Office of Childcare as a childcare and educational program at the nursery and kindergarten level and is is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
OUR Staff
ECDC is known for its highly qualified personnel. Our policy is to employ teachers of mixed
ethnic backgrounds and to provide children with a balance of both male and female teachers. All staff must submit and be found suitable for work with children by the Maryland Criminal Justice Information Central Repository (CJIS-CR) and General Services Administration (GSA).

Care Provided: Serving approximately 150 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We aim to meet parents' needs, closing only for Federal Holidays and three annual professional days.
Meals: Providing USDA approved kid-friendly, nutritious breakfast, optional catered lunch, and afternoon snacks, with fresh fruit and milk available daily.
